Chandler Fashion Center

This project consists of 1.3 million square feet of leasable space along with 6,200 on grade parking spaces. This mall includes 180+ shops and eateries as well as an outdoor village that includes 9sit-down restaurants and a 20-plex Harkins theater (also designed by our office).

The design team utilized a composite floor system, steel with metal deck roof system, and a lateral system that includes braced frames, moment frames and masonry shear walls. This project was completed in October 19, 2001.
