Educare Arizona;
Educare is a national network of highest quality early childhood centers that combine the best of Head Start, child care, preschool and family supports to help low-income children ages birth to five grow up eager to learn and ready for school. This project is scheduled for completion in 2011.
Wildflower Elementary School Campus;
New Campus located in Avondale, AZ consisting of 9 Buildings for a total of 60,000 sq. ft. and completed in 1999. A new 18,000 sq. ft. Multipurpose/Gym was completed in 2008.
Desert Star Elementary School Campus;
New Campus located in Goodyear, AZ consisting of 5 Buildings for a total of 72,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2001. An 11,000 sq. ft. classroom addition was completed in 2004, and a new 18,000 Multipurpose/Gym was completed in 2008.
Desert Thunder Elementary School Campus;
New Campus located in Goodyear, AZ consisting of 5 Buildings for a total of 72,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2002. A new 18,000 Multipurpose/Gym was completed in 2008.
Centerra Mirage Elementary School Campus;
New Campus located in Goodyear, AZ consisting of 4 Buildings for a total of 79,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2004. A new 18,000 Multipurpose/Gym was completed in 2008.
Copper Trails Elementary School Campus;
New Campus located in Goodyear, AZ is a 66,000 sq. ft. two-story Classroom Building with 24,000 sq. ft. Gym & Cafeteria attached. Construction completed in 2007.
Quentin Elementary School;
New Campus located in Avondale, AZ consisting of a single building that is approximately 80,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2003. An 11,000 sq. ft. classroom addition was completed in 2008.
Country Place Elementary School;
New Campus located in Phoenix, AZ consisting of a single building that is approximately 89,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2004.
Estrella Vista Elementary School;
New Campus located in Avondale, AZ consisting of a single building that is approximately 89,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2007.
Tres Rios Elementary School;
New Campus located in Phoenix, AZ consisting of a single building that is approximately 89,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2007.
Littleton Elementary School;
Renovation and expansion of building G completed in 2008. New 26,000 sq. ft. District Office and 6,000 sq. ft. Bus Maintenance Facility was added to the campus in 2009.
Collier Elementary School;
New 8000 sq. ft. Classroom addition completed in 2008.
Capital Elementary School;
New 7500 sq. ft. Classroom addition and a 1000 sq. ft. Bathroom addition.
Dunbar Elementary School;
New two-story Classroom Building with a Multipurpose & Kitchen incorporated in the building. Project completed in 2009. The structure has 28,000 sq. ft. of space. A Gym & Restroom building was added in 2006.
Phoenix Prepatory Academy;
2009 Renovations to existing structure to allow for larger classrooms and meeting rooms.
Herrera Performing Arts Center;
The new 25,000 sq. ft. structure will be comprised of Concrete Tilt-Wall with Steel Roof Framing. All competed in 2010 for the cost of $6.5M.
Edison Elementary School;
A 5000 sq. ft. Classroom addition was completed in 2009.
Scales Elementary School;
A new Campus with a single building that has a total 66,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2006. Classroom portion of the building is a two-story Structure and wraps around the gymnasium located in the center.
Holdeman Elementary School;
This Structure is similar to the Scales Building with some modifications incorporated from the value engineering process. A new Campus with a single building that has a total 63,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2007. Classroom portion of the building is a two-story Structure and wraps around the gymnasium located in the center.
Thew Elementary School;
This Structure is similar to the Holdeman Building with some additional modifications incorporated from the value engineering process. A new Campus with a single building that has a total 63,000 sq. ft. and completed in 2007. Classroom portion of the building is a two-story Structure and wraps around the gymnasium located in the center.
Union Elementary School #2, Hurley Ranch;
A new 5 building complex located in Tolleson, AZ with a total of 80,000 sq. ft. that was completed in 2004.
Union Elementary School #3, Dos Rios;
A new 5 building complex located in Tolleson, AZ with a total of 74,000 sq. ft. that was completed in 2006.
Arizona Desert Elementary School;
New 13,000 sq. ft. administration building completed in 2008, and a new 11,000 sq. ft. Gym building completed in 2009.
Maricopa Wells Junior High;
A New four-Building Campus that totals 80,000 sq. ft. and educates grades 7 & 8. Structures were completed in 2005.
Palo Verde Elementary School;
Kitchen Remodel and expansion completed in 2006 and an Administration Building Renovation completed in 2009.
Alhambra Elementary School District;
New Conference Center totaling 8500 sq. ft. constructed for the district in 2005.
Stanfield Elementary School;
Located in Rural AZ, A new Campus designed as a single story Structure that has 80,000 sq. ft.. Structural Design completed in 2007, but building went on hold.
Morris K. Udall Elementary School:
A new Campus located in Phoenix with a single two-story building. The Structure has 62,000 sq. ft. of Classroom space and 18,000 sq. ft. Gym/Kitchen attached. School opened in 1999.
Winslow High School;
A new Gymnasium with attached two-story classroom was completed in 1994. Total Structure square footage is over 80,000 sq. ft.. Structural Materials consisted of Drilled Shafts with Grade Beam Foundation due to poor Northern Arizona Soils Conditions.
