Surprise Spring training complex: A new 10,000 seat recessed Ballpark, including upper level concourse, press box and Club seating. Two 32,000 sq. ft. clubhouses for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals are connected to field level with access tunnels. Ancillary buildings include, ticket booths, administration building, two batting tunnels, several canopies and practice field viewing towers. In 2006 an addition to the administration building was completed.  |

| Scottsdale Spring Training Facility Original stadium design was completed in 1992. The 2005 to 2006 additions included a new team shop, renovated clubhouse, new weight room, new two-level ticket booths with restroom and novelty shop, and Charros party deck. | Peoria Sports Complex: This facility houses the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners professional baseball teams. Original design construction was completed in the mid 1990’s. Subsequent upgrades to the Padres clubhouse included a two-story addition to the existing clubhouse with administrative offices on the second floor and expanded weight room on the first floor.
