St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Community Church and School

A 30,000 sq ft Sanctuary with occupancy for 1,800 persons and adjacent 20,000 sq ft, two-story Elementary School campus for 480 students.
Church design elements include a 50'-0" diameter hemispherical dome rising 80'-0" above finished floor; 100'-0" tall bell tower; 46'-0" roof ridge with 50'-0" tall masonry walls. The backbone of the Sanctuary is two, 146'-0" long, 10'-3 1/2" deep modified Warren Trusses which support the Sanctuary roof, Transept roofs and dome, and allows unobstructed views of the Altar.

Parkway Christian Church - Surprise, Arizona
Phase I of this project consisted of a 12,000 sf multi-purpose structure providing 5,400 sf of worship space and an additional 6,600 sf of office and classroom area. Construction was completed on phase I in 2004. Phase II is a new 42,000 sf 2 story multi-purpose building. The structure provides seating for 1,400 people in 2 seperate worship areas, with a seperate 2,000 sf youth are. The second floor mezzanine houses 8,000 sf of meeting and office areas.
Both phases utilized concrete tilt up panel/ steel roof construction. Phase II was completed in 2010, with a contruction cost of $6.5M
