Santan Village

This project consists of 500,000 sq. feet of gross lease retail area and 100,000 sq. feet of gross lease office area. The project team designed 15 buildings, 8 of which were two story buildings, with office spaces on the top floor.

The buildings were designed as special moment resisting steel frames to allow the use of large storefronts and give the owners the flexibility to provide spaces for future tenants with little to no impact on the tenant and structure.
